Welcome to Broken Bodies Fitness! I’m Aidan, the creator, and I’m here to show you that no matter what challenges life throws your way—whether it’s dealing with health issues like Type 1 diabetes, multiple back surgeries, or various other ailments—you can still achieve a great physique, toned and tight all over, or muscular appearance beach bod!
At 44 years old I, like many manage my conditions daily… Type 1 diabetes – Multiple back surgeries pain – Hiatus Hernia – Gastritis – Bulging neck disk – Varicose veins – ADHD – I’ll stop here!
I had no way of lifting heavy loads post my second back surgery and needed to get my health back in line, I’d lost 12-18 years of my life expectancy with late t1 diagnosis at 37 years old, was skinny fat, unhappy, regularly sick and miserable!!! PLUS MANBOOBS!!! I was a shell of my former self and I HAD to find a way back to ME.


Despite the many pitfalls and failures in the last 3 years figuring out my broken body – I’ve discovered an incredible new bio hack that’s allowed me to be in the best shape of my life with minimal effort—just 3 hours a week.
My approach is simple yet effective: short, intense, and safe workouts that focus on 3 muscles, each of a varied size on 3 areas of the body, 4-5 times per week. Each session delivers “tip to toe” circulation, a good cardio and anabolic impact, creating a comprehensive fitness routine that transforms your entire body, shape, and overall well-being.
