Hello, yes, I am the creator of this exercise plan (by accident). After suffering from a broken body and a fragile state of mind, I was desperate to get back in shape, not just health-wise but cosmetically as well. As a newly divorced dad with a "mega dad bod" and health issues, I wasn't exactly the catch I once was. I needed to get well, get fit, and get my entire life back on track. I knew that exercise would play a major role in helping everything else align.
I realized that this was having a wonderful effect on my entire body. After so long in the darkness of the sofa and devices, I felt good again. Through much trial and error, dealing with setbacks and major pain, I figured out the best way to train well and train smart—less pain, more gain! I used equipment that targeted specific muscles and combined exercises into supersets (done immediately after each other with little rest) with manageable, safe weights. This approach allowed me to push to failure many times and aim for a total number of reps, making it easy to remember what I needed to do.
